Rubix is a fractional CFO practice. We give growing companies senior financial leadership without the cost of a full-time executive. Our work covers four areas: predictive cashflow forecasting, fundraising strategy, M&A advisory, and multi-entity finance. We use AI-assisted models to make each area faster and more rigorous.

We work with founders, CEOs, boards, and family offices. Most of our clients run several legal entities, operate in more than one country, or are heading into a major event such as a funding round, an acquisition, or an audit. Our clients often have Israeli, European, US, or offshore structures, and these usually need careful consolidation, treasury, and tax coordination.

Rubix is built and led by experienced finance professionals with investment-bank and operating-CFO backgrounds. Every engagement follows the Rubix Method. We size the problem, record every constraint, and find the one constraint that limits the options most. Then we lay out three distinct paths and recommend one. Each recommendation comes with a dated prediction that can be checked against what actually happens. Our aim is clarity a hostile expert could not fault, delivered in plain institutional language.
